According to the spreadsheet, most November 2013 applicants with similar dates received MR at list 4 weeks ago (some already received PR!).
Should I already apply for file notes? Anyone else in this position?

It's frustrating eh? I am one of the early applicants too and haven't heard anything back from CIC..
My app was received on Nov 4th, AOR Dec 8..and my application status is also 'in process'
Hopefully soon...

Medicals done for both me and my wife today (June 11). Will take 7 days to upload to CIC.

For ref, 200 St. Clair W was where I did my medicals. Pretty fast and efficient!
