Congratulations, we did the landing process on Thursday & it was very quick. The officer didn't ask anything out of the ordinary & just asked for a proof of address so bring a second piece of ID or a utility bill. We landed at Peace Arch. Enjoy the celebrations :D

Hi yes we received our CoPR last Friday 7th November :) Apologies I meat to put this on the forum sooner but we were trying to decide when to do the landing we decided we are going to complete that this Thursday just want to get this thing over & done with. Best of luck to you guys

Congrats, when did your ECAS status change to decision made? And which part of Canada are situated? I am also from a Visa exempt country and am situated in Vancouver so I am curious to find out how long people are waiting for CoPR.

Just checked our ECAS status and thankfully it has changed to Decision Made, hopefully it is a positive decision. I think I will cry with joy when this whole process is over :)

If you are currently in Canada, you can apply under the Privacy Act and the notes are free. If you are not currently in Canada you have to apply under the Information Act and pay $5

Congratulations enjoy the celebrations :) I'm glad to hear there was still progress at the end of July, so it just looks like CIC are on vacation for all of August here's hoping they return in September :P

I wish I could figure out what is going on with CIC but it's a complete mystery. Sorry to hear that hopefully it will change back to decision made tomorrow or next week :)

What's your timelines? I heard of a lot people that didn't receive MR but then when they ordered GCMS notes it showed a request was sent. That is strange that you didn't receive GCMS notes yet coz I always get them exactly 30 days after sending request. Did you ask to receive them by e-mail?

Hi did you e-mail CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca? I have e-mailed that e-mail address twice to see if they received the requested documentation I sent but have heard nothing back from them.

Nope, there seems to be no movement. I think they are completely forgotten about some Sept, Oct and Nov applicants. I wonder is the entire CEC PR department on vacation since the end of July.
