marcjd, pareho tayo ng appendix A form na nareceive at nirequire lang to send it back to them along with the copy of the letter. Wala talaga spot un for UCI or file #. Ganyan din form nareceive ng mom ko in march wala naman problema and she got her visa after 2 weeks.
I guess they just started using a new form this month

wala pong uci ung sakin.. pero meron File No: ................ hindi ko din yan napansin kasi ang alam ko wala ngang kelangan na ganyn. btw june 25 po ang ppr ko..

Just a quick word of advice to all applicants, follow exactly what cem is asking from you that is clearly stated on the letter... plain and simple. Wag nyong pangunahan magpadala ng mga kung ano anong requirements na hindi naman hinihingi sa inyo. Baka mainis lang ang officer if he receives unnecessary requirements at pagtripan kau na humingi pa ng kung ano ano para tumagal ang processing time nyo.

yup tama ka dun, ganyn ung cnabi ng consultant ko.. kung ano lang nasa requirements un lang ang sundin.. kasi baka pag pinangunahan nyo.. bka mag duda sila at mas lalo huminge ng requirements sa inyo..

CONGRATS!! yung sa photos, some people nagsend parin ng photos just to make sure. I guess wala naman mawawala sis if magsend parin siya congrats ulit!

I think i need help hahah.. Lol i filled for gcms notes last july it didt went thru hahaha so okay na siya .. I filled it again today it went thru but my question would be .. Should i have requested physical files or electronic files of the application.. . To be sent on my email ???

senga, ano timeline mo? sa visa section level 6. tower 2, rcbc plaza. kung ano po ung adress na nasa ng letter mo. dun mo isend..
