Wonderin why yung appendix a ko walang blank that ask for uci or file number...

It says in the letter:
UCI #: 89970206
Applicant #: F000153222

A file has been created with the applicant number noted above. Please ensure that you quote this application number in any future correspondence with our office...

Then APPENDIX A:

File #:____________ was asked...so what will i put, my applicant #?

Yes sis yung file # mo ang ilalagay mo dyan yung F000----

meron yang FIle # sa itaas bro before mo makita yung column na may Applicant, Spouse/Conjugal,Child 1,Child 2, Child 3.

you're welcome. By the way,I heard na taga cebu ka diba? Im from cebu too.
Wala pa kaming plane ticket sis .I dont know when is the right time makapagreserve nang flight.

Hmmm.. The only thing is that they requested that a copy on the email to be sent together with the appendix and passport.. Which parang d naman sinabi sa inyo

In my side, they ask my APpendix A,Aom and Passport together and also i print their email.

Hehehe passport just arrived at cem .. Info from lbc tracking .. Wife sent it yesterday.. Well med expires on oct 27 2013 .. Tentative date for the flight is oct 26 that way there's lots of time even if cem screws up.. Ticket cost 750$ manila hk vancouver calgary..

Wow!Nice idea.Hindi muna ako magpareserve nang ticket.I'll wait till my passport with visa will arrive.I plan to travel the day after I will receive my visa .My meds will expire Oct 10,2013 Im hoping na makuha natin ang ating visa this month coz I really want to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversay this coming Aug.10.

Hahaha hoping for the best to have visa asap but preparing for the worst nabaka ma delay... Sana malapit na visa 4 weeks!! But looking at the trend some may ppr still dont have their visa yet which is sad
