Technically you can still be rejected and I'd avoid using certain phrases - just that you've applied and where you're at in the process. Btw a company shouldn't ask about perm basis, only if you have the right to work in Canada.

So my application reached on 1st November.
Got AOR 20 dec
Question
What is maximum time frame for pr under Cec?
I had a interview with a company who only take residents
Now they asked me te above question, I told them November. So they extended
Me conditional offer based on PR? So I can't join without pr ?
Any advices ?

You need to be careful.
There is no maximum time for PR - look at trackitt.com and you'll see people with applications of 500+ days.
Unless the company is able to secure you a work permit, or you are on an open work permit, you probably cannot join the company

No, there is no conditional acceptance, you are defining this term.

For employer, either your are PR or TFW.

I have a open work permit till nov 2014 .. Yeah company don't hire tfw

Has any Nov people requested their GCMS notes? Too early?

I requested my notes and received it just last week but no much updates in that except that the criminality is in progress and there is no reportable trace by RCMP..

Hmmm, probably too early for anything interesting on mine then.

Does your ECAS say Received or In Process?
