The following is the monthly data of apps received at CPP-O and CIO-Sydney respectively. Looks like CIO-Sydney took the bulk of the load starting Nov 2012.

Seniors Please advice..
I have sent some additional documents that were missing when I originally filed my application
CPP-Ottawa received those documents yesterday.. June 20
I want to make sure those documents were updated on my file... What should I do ? Should I email CPP Ottawa or is there any other way ?

yes, email them mentioning weather the additional documents were attached to your file...

provide you UCI, File no, date of birth etc....

Look at the bright side, although the November MR's didn't start to arrive yet it and CIC is still finalizing August/September/October applications - once it will come to November it will go very fast as there are much smaller number of applicants. Let's hope next week is our time.

I don't know, perhaps they release the data and calculate the timelines once every 6 months?

No they didn't
I sent my NOA bcoz I didn't have it at the time I mailed my application in November
