Received the CoPR and passports back today. Was recvd by Ottawa on 27th Feb and were mailed back on 4th Mar.

As far as I know, no medical issues. Anyway I had ordered my GCMS at the end of Jan and yet to receive it. That might shed some light on why it took time. Will let you know once I receive the GCMS.
