I got the MR, RPRF and BioData request today

Hello Yahoo... congrats for MR. quick question for you and seniors..
I received RPRF and bio data. I sent them the payment receipt and the scanned copy of biodata form with details. Now, I see my e-cas status as decision made and also received an email for visa issuance but they also asked for bio data form again along with passport. Is this normal?
Am I supposed to send hard copy of rprf and biodata with passports..? Unfortunately, I am still out of country and can only send passports by end of month. :-(
Also, when everyone talk about VO, in all the emails I received I do not see any specific vo information, I only see a signature with "Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa | Centre de Traitement Pilote – Ottawa – some number".. was just wondering where to see all that info.. and am anxious too since am out of country and if anything is missing.

Well, this is a little surprising to me that you have received the passport request even before you did your medicals. Did you do upfront medicals?

Hi november '12 applicants!

Just wanna share.. I just spoke to a friend and former co-employee who also applied under 6311 in november 17, 2012.. He got MR for him, wife and 2 kids last week (they finished everything today) and paid RPRF (MR,BIO form and RPRF req came altogether). 7 days to forward their meds as per e-med clinic in edmonton, AB.

what is the VO number?
this was in the email when my lawyer asked if they might have missed the email for RPRF or bio data as i did my medicals on 28th of may

yaa even my medical email shows different VO.. but I think the case officer is the one who sends any emails if additional info is required.
