I just got my aor today, but failed to use ecas to check my application status. i used the application number which is like e0000xxxxx, but it allways says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed

I see... I looked up the applicant lists from July to November. For example, in "seventeen5552"'s case, his/her package was sent back on Dec 14th for missing a form which is about 15 days from the date of receipt (Nov 28). If CIO does it based on sequence, then seventeen5552 would've been charged earlier than the applicants who submitted before Nov 28. I think I saw a couple other cases like that in different threads. Anyway, it's good to know that they've streamlined the process.Andy2109 said:I think the package is assessed based on receipt which happens in sequence and not almost immediately.
