I think it depends on your circumstances. Has your spouse stayed in Canada anytime before? The Police Clearance Certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more is required.

update :

my spouse's e-cas now shows 'In Process' (it had been showing 'Application Received' for the longest time)

"We received your application for permanent residence on November 4, 2011"
"We started processing your application on February 10, 2012."
"Medical results have been received"

They already have my spouse's PP.

do they request option-c later if you dont submit with your application?
or they send application back??

They may send it back because you are supposed to provide the option c unless you have some explanation around it...

To those who recieved PPR..please I need your help..just need some explanations from you, mga mahal..Until now my status is 'PERMANENT APPLICATION RECIEVED..Still no chang es except my maiden name was already appeared..No reports if medicals recieved..I dont know how to make timeline ..But here is my timelines..


November 15,2011----sent apllications
November 18,2011----Miss. recieved
January 20,2012-------hubby recieved email..SPONSORED APPROVED and AOR recieved
