I would probably start collecting the information you need to apply again. I hope you kept copies of most things. I know some things you can't use the copies for....I am so sorry this is happening to you
.
I did save a copy of everything... And I have already started collecting the documents to restart from the beginning. I just don't think it's fair for me to have to wait for the entire processing time again if the mistake wasn't mine. I have the confirmation of delivery of my file and still they say there's no trace of it anywhere.
They don't tell me what to do next, they just tell me to wait - and that's what drives me nuts. I wanted to know whether I have to follow any administrative step before suing them in justice. There's no answer whatsoever to our questions, just a stupid "wait for 15 days more" every 15 days.
Does anyone know of anything I can do?
It'll cost me about 500 dollars to build another file like the other one, if I have to take the medicals again (and it appears that people in the same situation have been obliged to do so). I will want to recover this extra expense they generated by their mistake. Do you have any ideas?
I'm happy for all of you who are advancing in your processes, I don't wish the anguish I am living now for anyone.
