Thank God. I just got my AOR. 9th November. I called them again this evening and was directed to the officer in charge of my file who said they sent AOR to me since 19th Dec that i didnt reply. Thank God i had sent an email late Dec when i noticed dates after mine were receiving AOR. They promised sending it to me again after requesting that i spell out my email and they just did requesting for updates. Praise God.

I think I too have to contact them as soon as possible for an update. I will call them and also email them right now. Just want to confirm, do I have to call them at the following number and email???

My application reached too on 13th Nov 2015. I see you have the same date as well. Which date did you receive the AOR. I am looking to contact them. Do you know which email and phone number do I need to contact them at? Which details should I have in hand when we contact them? Do you know the office timings? What time is best to call?

Horrible News!! I just received an email fro my Nominee Officer saying that they have closed my file as I hadn't responded within the 5 working days!! How can that be possible??? I received their email on 19th December and replied on 21st December, 2016.

Have tried calling them but couldn't get through - left a message on voice mail Ive also sent them screen shots of the date and time I replied to their email.

Whats going on? Could this be possible. I am so upset........Do you think they will reopen the file?

I am totally confused... As I got Pre AOR on Jun and replied on the next day...After that they didnt reply anything, this making me tension that they will tell that they didnt get reply within the time frame?

Express entry profile is valid for 1 year and after that you can renew it.

The Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream stopped accepting new applications on Dec. 17, 2015. We do not have a date for when it will reopen but that information will be posted on our website when it does.

If you have questions regarding any of our other streams please go to our website, www.novascotiaimmigration.ca, and review the application guidelines. You must determine for yourself if you meet the criteria and if you do we encourage you to submit your application.

We will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days.

Thank fully, I have received an email from them last night informing me that they have reopened my case and they have accepted proof of submission of my screen shot showing the actual date of replying to the AOR ( after 2 days of receiving their email).

Guys, please fill in the spreadsheet so that you can have a sense of timing of the stage you are at. In case no one receives any response you must call them and email them your query. They will definitely respond to you.
