Hey everybody!

We received the pre-AOR yesterday. I have a question about the province nomination. How long can I wait until I accept the nomination? I`m asking that because I`ve taken the English test last week and I`m waiting for my score. If I did well I may receive an ITA soon.

Cheers

Reposting my question, I hope someone can help me. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Rohit,

Based on the conversation I have had happen to see on this forum. While sending the AoR, NSOI will ask you for the updated PoF, job table and EE profile etc. That is the time when you can provide them with the new EE profile & the job bank code and all.

I don't see any issue in here based on what I saw on this forum..

FYI.

Hi Neeraj,

It sounds legit to me.

Thanks for your response on this.

hi friends
what does the pre AOR mean? is it a rapid screening?
does the pre AOR mean that the applicant will recieve AOR?
is it mandatory?
many thanks

Hi,

Just for a check, can anybody tell me whether we have to quote the email, Nova Scotia has sent as pre-aor to us before replying for proceeding our application. I am in a doubt whether it is a necessity, as I have already sent a separate email to them without quoting the email that we have received from them.

I suggest you would have replied the sent email. To show continuity and backtrack

Shall I sent them the email again by quoting the mail I received from NS?

When did your application received NS in dec? It depends on the consultant what email id he quoted while filing your application to NS. It would be better if you ask your consultant about the email id he wrote to NS.

Hi all,

I have housing loan account from the month of Jun-15. but when I submitted the application to NSOI Team on Jul-15 , I didnt include the loan account in proof of Funds.

The Bank is debiting every first week of the month. Please let me know if I need to inform them on the loan account during the AOR process or leave it as it is because I didnt include it during initial submission.

What is the minimum fund that I should hold when I have a loan account ?

My application was submitted on the 16th Dec through an agent, i called to confirm if they received any update from NS, but they said NO.

What should i do??

Are they suppose to send the PRE AOR to agent or applicant??

I don't get your question. If you're waiting for a nomination from Nova Scotia, you must have already submitted your IELTS score. If you didn't, you would be rejected.

If you took a new test, and, based on your scores, you might be invited to apply directly from CIC without a provincial nomination (relying solely on your CRS score) why would you want to wait for the nomination? You won't even need it, and could withdrawl your application.

Have you already answered that email from NSOI? If not, wait until june 20th to answer it (if, you get your ielts results before that).
Given that you are pretty much certain you'll get an ITA based on your new scores, you could be benefiting us all by speeding up their app checing process, by giving up on your spot on their queue.

That's what I understood from your question

Are you pretty sure your application was sent on or before december 17th?

First of all, DEMAND from your "consultant" proof that he, indeed, mailed your app by december 17th (post office invoice with submission date would be enough). It doesn't matter if your app only reached nova scotia by january, as long as it was posted until the 17th.

Also, your consultant should have filled the "email" field with your email address, and not his (I guess there's even a form for representatives to fill out, and there they should fill in their own email addresses). Every single piece of information your "consultant" receives from NSOI should be disclosed to you as well. And that includes the PRE-AOR email every1 else, including me, received.

If he didn't send your app by the 17th, you can kiss your app good bye then... it won't be accepted as it was past their deadline.
