My application was submitted on the 16th Dec through an agent, i called to confirm if they received any update from NS, but they said NO.

What should i do??

Are they suppose to send the PRE AOR to agent or applicant??

As I said in the post above, it depends on which email address was filled on the proper field on the forms. If they put on theirs, then NSOI would send the email to them. If your email address was used on the form, then you should have received it.

Did they provide you with a copy of the application, for your own records? If so, check which email address they used.
If not, ask them what email they used, and ask for proof of it. also, as I said above, request proof that the parcel was indeed sent on december 16th as they claim.

You, or them, for that matter, should have received the pre-aor email if your app was sent on the 16th, received by NSOI.

Hi all,

I have housing loan account from the month of Jun-15. but when I submitted the application to NSOI Team on Jul-15 , I didnt include the loan account in proof of Funds.

The Bank is debiting every first week of the month. Please let me know if I need to inform them on the loan account during the AOR process or leave it as it is because I didnt include it during initial submission.

What is the minimum fund that I should hold when I have a loan account ?

It has nothing to do with how much money you have to hold by having a loan account.

You have to have the minimum required funds, regardless of having a loan or not.

Is that loan account a different account then the one you mentioned on your POF, or is it related to your main account (the one used as your pof)?

If not, don't even bother letting they know about it. Only send WHAT THEY ASK YOU FOR. Don't, ever, send more than what they ask for.
If they dont ask for it, sweet! But don't mention it to them, beforehand, without them asking for it.

Are you pretty sure your application was sent on or before december 17th?

First of all, DEMAND from your "consultant" proof that he, indeed, mailed your app by december 17th (post office invoice with submission date would be enough). It doesn't matter if your app only reached nova scotia by january, as long as it was posted until the 17th.

Also, your consultant should have filled the "email" field with your email address, and not his (I guess there's even a form for representatives to fill out, and there they should fill in their own email addresses). Every single piece of information your "consultant" receives from NSOI should be disclosed to you as well. And that includes the PRE-AOR email every1 else, including me, received.

If he didn't send your app by the 17th, you can kiss your app good bye then... it won't be accepted as it was past their deadline.

please when in December was your application received? i have a colleague who is a december 16th applicant too, but hasnt gotten Pre-aor yet...he use a consultant as well

When did your application received NS in dec? It depends on the consultant what email id he quoted while filing your application to NS. It would be better if you ask your consultant about the email id he wrote to NS.

Than you should ask him to check the email (consultant), sometimes it is in spam mails. Check that too.

Hi All

I too Received the Pre-AOR on 6th June. I have few queries.
Any one know how long it takes to get AOR, and entire process.
I have not Updated my Bank Details in EE profile, which is due in September 16', what should I do ?
Can we pursue MS in US while our application is being processed ?
