One Quick Question , Is there any criteria that Nova scotia would accept individuals only if they have not applied for any other province ?
To put in another way , does Nova scotia reject application if an individual had applied for other province.

Yes, you are not eligible to apply in any province if your application is in process with another province..

Hi draj, can i ask something. I got a message from from MYCIC and it says that i am not eligible anymore. Does it affect my prov nominee ns application also which was sent last Aug.2015?. I just turned 36 and maybe that was the reason i became not eligible for ee. Please help me understand. Thank you.

Hello Tajendra Prasad,

You do not require to pay any fees while you create express entry profile. Furthermore, you do not require to upload any documents to create profile. But, you need to give WES reference number (ECA report number) and your IELTS test report form number.

It takes a few hours only to create profile, I also suggest you to keep all other documents handy when you create profile as you need to fill all your details.
