Dear friends,
My name is Luder. My NSNP demand EE application reached NSOI on 6th of August 2015. I worked as a registered nurse in Abu Dhabi for 7 years until November 2015. Currently I am unemployed for the past 8 months. I applied to NS Demand EE because registered nurses job was included in their list of wanted jobs.
I received the preAOR on 6th of June 2016.
Now it's been more than 2 months I have not received any correspondence from them.
My EE profile in CIC expired as it reached one year expiry period. But I have IELTS valid for the next 5 months. And credential assessment done by CIC recommended agency. I can create a valid Express entry profile anytime soon on CIC.
Well., I've got a list of 'no good' items that can stand against the smooth flow of my application if I receive my AOR.
Kindly go thru them and comment what's best for each situation.
1. The proof of funds. When I first sent the application about 13 months ago I showed funds (own money) from my local UAE bank account. Now I have very little, say less than 10 percent of the required funds! Because I used the money to trade Forex and unfortunately I lost a lot of money to the markets. That's a different story altogether! If I have to take 6 months statement of that account it will have the same picture all thru the past 6 months - less than 10 percent! But my wife's got some money in her UAE Citibank USD account. Can I show that as proof of funds? (it's not a joint account). If that's not acceptable, can I transfer, say my wife's account can meet 90 percent of funds requirement and the rest, I somehow meet., and I transfer all to my original account as I am the principal applicant? In that case the statement will clearly state that I made a recent transaction only to show the NSNP officer that I met the funds requirement at the neck of the moment!! I am afraid that will raise suspicion and chances are my application may have trouble getting processed.
Friends, has anyone experienced a similar situation? If yes, please show me how to mitigate it. And experts please share your thoughts and predict how this might affect the application.
2. The reference letter or letter for experience. I had hell lot of trouble getting that letter in company letterhead and with all the things mentioned in the NSNP instruction book!! Well., the one who signed is just my immediate supervisor; because the manager, HR officers, none of them agreed to give a letter with the details as stipulated in NSNP book! So, the person who signed got no seal even! That person's got no business card either and I can't convince that person to print one because such practices aren't common in middle-east and may even be against law. Well., not having the business card an issue? Will it affect the application too? Please comment.., How can I explain it to NSNP officer?
3. As I was going thru the posts I saw AOR asking mainly for 3 things, proof of funds, updated experience certificate, and NOC table. Well., I don't understand the last one. NOC table of what? And how to take it? Or to create it ourselves. Please anyone explain that thing.
4. Finally, if every works out well, and God-willing, from going thru the forum it seems like my AOR is likely to come in a week or two as my application had reached NSOI on 6th of August 2015. Friends, kindly discuss what are the thing I should be ready with? I mean those things that should be ready by now even before the AOR? Kindly discuss.
I admit I am a infrequent visitor to this forum. But whenever I send a query I get answered ASAP. I'm really very grateful to you folks. Keep up the good work. Once AOR comes and thereafter with real things like nomination, ITA, medical tests., I wish to actively share my experiences in this forum. Until then I really need your help because I am processing without an agency. Earlier, I got sucked by an agent!! There are good ones like canadavisa but a local consultancy here in UAE works only to take away money. Believe it or not., we need to signup with them and must take them as representative and agree to make the initial payment within a week just to use the free online eligibility tool in CIC while sitting in their office during the first visit!! Imagine how an uninformed client can benefit from them!!? Agency can benefit big money using the client!!
Ah., stories apart,
waiting for some great tips!!
Regards
Luder
