Thanks , just that the next draw might be on Wednesday 29th June and I need to submit my pr app asap as my pgwp is about to expire. I want to use aor to apply for my work permit extension instead of nomination certificate as am still working in another province currently.

Well are you sure you can extend your Post Graduate work permit on the basis of your AOR? As far as I know Canada has stopped giving extension for PGWP, you may get Bridging open work permit However When issuing a bridging open work permit to an applicant for permanent residence under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), the employment location on the work permit must be restricted to the nominating province. Therefore, the province of destination must be selected and then the city of destination value should be selected to show the province/territory.

I am not sure about what I said may be you know better.

I have received AOR(acknowlegement of receipt) and sent my work experience details. I applied on NOC 2147(Computer engineers except software), do they require any sort of license?? like P.Eng license.

No. As you can not get it from outside Canada.

I applied June 2015 but I didnt submit the requested additional documents for like 3months. I sent it last week and got nominated the following week wch was june25

Oh really, Did they provide you 3 months time period to submit those documents? Its something strange even if they provided you that much time,I would like to know what kind of document they are for which you too 3 months to arrange and submit.

I sent my application June 29, 2015 and it reached them July 02, 2015. Hope you get your AOR soon, all the best.

yeah I know, that's why I don't want to use the nomination certificate to apply , is BOWP am referring as pgwp ext. I know that the job must be in the nominated province but I just want to take some risk as I have a good job in Alberta and AINP is taking more time

they only gave me 5 business day, but I didn't respond until after 3months.

Well you are lucky enough, IF it is CIC than they gonna close your case and never accept any further excuses.
Moreover no one do that well whatever the reason you took three months to provide them require documents, good thing is you got nomination.
I dont think your AOR will work to get Bridging work permit but we never know All the best.
Seems you are lucky guy

the issue with my bridging open work permit is that it will be restricted to NS.

You are right you should re-do the IELTS to be in safe side because you never know how much time NSOI will take to nominate you June almost gone. Personally I will suggest you to do IELTS again.

If you score 67 points without your wife's IELTS, She does not need to do IELTS again and you are good to go with your plan.But if you need her IELTS to score 67 than she also must need to do IELTS again.

Hi D,

I have received second mail from NSOI regarding further document requirement. They have asked specifically to submit Job reference letter from all employers for the past 10 years as per (see Appendix 3, pages 26 and 27, of the Application Guide)
Letters MUST be written on company letterhead, be signed by the responsible officer/supervisor, show company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses, and be stamped with the company’s official seal (if applicable).
They MUST include all of the following information:
· the specific period of your employment with the company
· the position(s) you held during the period of employment and time spent in each position
· your main responsibilities and duties in each position
· your annual salary in each position
· the number of hours you worked per week in each position

Its impossible for me to arrange this letter from my Employer since they have filled my H1B. Pls suggest any alternative.

Secondly they are not sure about our intensions to settle in NS. Ref below :
INTENTION TO SETTLE The NSNP intends to select skilled individuals who wish to live in the Province of Nova Scotia permanently and either have a permanent full-time job offer from a Nova Scotia employer or have a reasonable ability to attach quickly to Nova Scotia’s labour market. We are not satisfied that it is your intention to settle permanently in Nova Scotia because you applied to immigrate to Ontario approximately 2 years ago and there are significantly more opportunities available in Ontario for computer programmers and interactive media developers, where they can also earn significantly more annual income. You must satisfactorily demonstrate that it is your genuine intention to settle here permanently. If NSOI is not satisfied that your intention is to settle permanently in Nova Scotia, we will refuse the application.

We applied in 2014 under FSW, province preference Ontario, which we mentioned in our NS PNP form in application history section.
How to demonstrate ? Do i need to give in writing my present and future plans ? am bit confused here, pls guide.
