Hi,
I have the reference letters with the signature of my supervisors and company seal from all my previous works. I am wondering whether or not the immigration officer contact with company directly instead of my supervisors. For instance with HR. I didn't tell anybody except my supervisor about my intention to go to Canada. If they call somebody other than my supervisor in my present work, my managers will learn about my intention which means that I will quit from the job. Does the immigration officer generally contact with the supervisors or directly send an email to the company?
What is the common practice? Please help.
