hellgate said:Hi,
My NOC code is 2133 Electrical and Electronics Engineer and I am going to apply under demand stream once it opens. However, I do not have any license from any Canadian regulatory body. I have only WES ECA report, transcript, diploma and reference letters. Is it mandatory to have a Canadian regulatory body license to apply under this stream? Please help.
Yes, thanks a lot.aremite said:Licence requirement is only required in Saskatchewan PNP but It is not required in Nova Scotia PNP, but you will need before you could practice when you get there. I hope this will help.

I just registered on this forum but I've been investigating for NS Demand EE for about 1 year and I'm waiting they open this stream for this 2016 to apply.
However, I still have some doubts I would want somebody to help me clarify them, please if possible:
- I have my documents for proving my years of work experience. When I went to have them translated, the translator asked me if I didn't need to have them legalized first. This is the bigest doubt I have now because I don't have any of these documents legalized. They are original documents issued by my previous employers but no one of these are legalized. Same happens with my financial documents and some others.
Please, if anyone has the answer I will appreciate them a lot!
Thanks!

U must have ur documents translated and notarized, it's one of the criteria when have documents that are not written in English or French.
If am wrong, pls the professional should correct and put us aright.
