Can anyone guide me how time they take to complete procedure ?

If you meet all of the eligibility criteria, you are eligible to apply to the Nominee Program by submitting a complete application package. The processing time for completed applications eligible for consideration can take up to one month or more depending on the volume of applications received and the time required for verifications of documents included in the application. Nomination under the NSNP is at the sole discretion of the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration.

Can my spouse apply this Regional Labour Market Demand Nomination Program. she is back home and want to apply in this Stream as her skill is in demand list and have two year of full time work experience. However i will not be her dependent on this stream i will apply under CEC as i am not eligible due to having Post Graduate Work Permit.

it is good that if u will not become her dependent but still firstly in the forms she has to tell about you ie partner and also she has to disclose abt your PGD work permit and in that case acc to me they will think that your spouse is in other part of country and you will not have strong intention to live here after nomination.

I want to apply for NSNP program that is starting on 6 march (i.e regional labour stream) but I had a problem with settlement and employment plan in eligibility section because I do not have any job offer and no relatives in nova scotia so how we can fill that template.

Please give your answer would be helpful for me.

I have checked the Appendix 3 again and i cannot find what exactly you are talking about.

Moreover, this stream is actually for people without a job offer and no relatives in NS.

while filling the settlement plan show them your intentions that how you find the job over there.have you communicated with some employers or have you sent them any emails. if yes then provide them the copies of that.
moreover, if your occupation is regulated in nova scotia, then how will you get license to practice that profession over there,
you just have to tell the research you have done over here about your occupation, the region in which your occupation is in demand, what are the first things you will do on arriving nova scotia.
& regarding job offer, yes this program is without job offer that i have told you earlier also but if you have any relatives in NS, then you can apply.

it means is it compulsory to have relatives in Nova scotia with out relatives can we apply or not but I can't find any where that relatives must be there.

Can one have two Province Application running and drop one before applying to CIC.

I mean pursuing the first one that give me nomination

In one of the IMM forms, there is one that state that we may need to sign the last column in the presence of an immigration officer. Is it safe to leave that portion blank or we sign it for PNP sake.

1. Is 2 years continous experience in the field mandatory?

2. Is it ok to apply to this PNP if you have another PNP application pending?

I sent my NSNP application yesterday but done some mistake on Schedule 4 form instead of schedule 4 form I sent schedule 3 form and forgot to send Appendix 3 of Settlement and employment plan.So I have to send whole application agian ?or can I send the missing documents with explanation?

I have a feeling that this PNP stream will be slower than QSW. It is a new stream that somehow resembles EOI system. Second, it has no application charges. Just my 2 cents. Good luck to NS PNP applicants!

To an extent I disagree. You must realise almost all PNP stream of this nature has no charges until you are nominated and you are filing forms with CIC which to me its economically efficient.

This is also better than so many similar EOI which must require a visit. It means if NSPNP has no issues, your nomination can be issued without interview within one to three months.

Some province EOI approval alone takes one to three months. After you visit, nomination takes a month to three.

Its a skilled bound stream, and I expect something faster.
