Notes say Recommend Pass & that an employer has said I never worked for him!

Hi! I got my notes, and they have those two pieces of contradictory info:

Text: CONTACTED "EMPLOYER NAME'' ON 4/4/2017 TO VERIFY IF PA WAS EMPLOYED FM 'Date 1' to 'Date 2'. The HR Assistant advised that he couldn't remember PA's name and he transferred me to the owner of the company who confirmed that PA has never worked at their company.

Though, under activities, after the verification activity mentioned above, I found the following:

Any idea what's happening here? Also, how is the same officer mentioned once in Cairo and once in CIO?

Why have they said you never worked for them when you claimed so? What proofs have you given for your employment apart from reference letter?

Thats really bad from your boss to do. You can do nothing about it now other than wait and see what CIC decides.
They will either cut the points for that specific work experience and see if you are still eligible, or if the officer is not happy and suspects misrepresentaion then he will probably send you a fairness letter so that you can give them documented proof that you did actually work there. In that case, everything helps, any papers you have like vacation requests/back from vacation letter, pay slips etc.
So my advise is prepare those things and keep them ready in case they do ask you. Either way, i believe CIC knows how to deal with such cases and its not uncommon for employers to do what yours did.

As per the last line, you are going to get PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter) I have a feeling.

My advice, talk to the employer and ask them why? Ask them if they are willing to correct their mistake. Keep everything written.

If none of that works, get ROE from Service Canada for your job.

Send cse with more employment proof asap and then call cic to ask if your cse has been uploaded to your application and mention that its urgent

Hello Novocaine! What happened to your application eventually? Did you get PFL or PPR?

Do they always contact previous employers? or it is random in case they feel misrepresentation?
