The x-ray of wife was delayed due to her pregnancy. After her delivery, my wife finished exam and I sent birth certificate of my Canadian newborn baby to CIC twice by email on Nov. 27, 2014 and Jan. 9, 2015. However, there is no record of incoming email of Nov. 27 in my GCMS note. Also, they initialed an activity named "non-compliance" in Jan. 19 2015, which made me worried. However, the value of it is "not started" and seems cancelled 3 days later.
My hypothesis is that they received my wife's medical exam results but missed my first email which included birth certificate, so they made the activity for other request. The following are my timeline and GCMS details. Anything abnormal to you? I have been waiting for PPR for over 3 months. :'(
By the way, I have updated my home address. However, the home address of wife is still the old one. Does it matter?
