When filling the form IMM 0008 on the PC, it turns pink if not applicable, do we still have to write N/A in these boxes when we print it off.

Sounds like your screen leans to the red side (the fields actually turn gray). No, any fields that get greyed out do not need to have N/A written there.

Thank you, can I put my identity photo's in an envelope for transit or should they be just paper clipped to the documents.

and finally ....... in the section ''Supporting documents, travel documents and Passports'' on the check list Question 1; Birth Certificates or Baptismal certificates for yourself and all family members...........do I have to send my 2 Son's Birth Certificates even though they are in there 30's and are not moving to Canada. ( not dependant)
