Not able to register status tracker after got AOR

Hi,

I submitted my citizenship application in Oct 2022 and received the AOR email today, I tried to register the application status tracker in order to track the status but got below errors, I tried UCI with and without a hyphen both don't work. I applied by myself not using a representative, so the error looks weird.

" Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet. "


Any idea what's the issue, please?
