Non Sds visa success rate ? IELTS 6.5(5.5)

I have scored overall 6.5 and writing 5.5
I want to apply for Post graduate in Networking course.

I have completed my BSC IT from Mumbai University with 8.38 CGPA.

No backlogs. I have done various certification in IT .

I will pay 1 year fees , GIC , show 2 year ITR , Fixed deposits , properties etc.

Will I get get Visa in Non sds ?
Plz help.

No one can tell you if you will get visa. There are so many factors. Your IELTS are low. Why do you need to take a PG course to help your career in India when I am sure there are networking courses in India. If you have various certifications, again why networking PG.

Then what should I take ? Diploma?
Certification are not official they are from udmey and Coursera

You said you have been accepted to PG diploma in Networking. The questions visa officers will ask is how will the diploma advance your career in India after you have completed a BSC in IT.
