Hi @Miss bee

I had a question, I received PAL on December 11th, does that mean my background or either eligibility is close to completion?

What did you do for this? I did the same thing. Did you get AOR?

@Miss bee
You must also fill out these PDF forms

For Schedule 4 (IMM 0008-Schedule 4) pdf form, i did not signed the form. The checlist and application guidebook says you dont need to sign because we electronically sign the entire application.

However, most applicants do the signature. Will my application get returned. Will raising the webform helps or do i need to make a new application?

Hi

I did make my application in non-express entry pr. In the application checklist imm0199e, Provincial Nominee Program: Non-Express Entry Process Apply for permanent residence - Canada.ca, and Application for Permanent Residence – Provincial Nominee Class (IMM P7000) - Canada.ca says I do not need to sign this document as we electronically sign the entire application.

Considering this, I left the signature field blank.

However, many are saying you need to sign this as it says to do in Schedule 4: Provincial Nominees (IMM 0008 SCH4) - Canada.ca

Since i did not sign the form and submit my application, what should i do to correct this if this is a mistake? Do i need to make a new entire application or rasiing a webform with new signed form works?

Has anyone found that filing a complaint through this CBSA feedback link actually helps with delays? My application has been stuck at the background check stage, and I’m wondering if submitting feedback might expedite things.

I submitted application on 23rd July 2024, received AOR post 5 months i.e 23rd Dec 2024. Had paid Biometric fee but still got email stating to pay BIL fee. Paid the fee again for BIL on 27th Dec 2024 and since then (2months now) awaiting response from IRCC.
I am in a similar situation. Application submitted July 10. I paid Biometrics fees on DEC10 as I forgot to pay it with the initial application. No updates or BIL has been received yet. Please update when you hear anything

The AOR was just an email or did you have a pdf AOR letter within?

Hello @Miss bee , for some reason when I login into my application tracker account, my phone number is now some random number starting with 918, it looks to be corrupted even though I did not do anything, I was trying to raise a webform to correct that information but the webform only allows to change your email address and residential/mailing address. Can you please advise on how to fix this?

You should call them and ask them to change and also ask what's going on.

Hi @Spidey3433

Any update on your application.

I had noticed a few pvo Winnipeg applications being transferred to Windsor as their main pvo.

So I called ircc to inquire if my pvo has changed. And it has, my pvo is Windsor and svo is Winnipeg. Other than that I don't have any updates unfortunately.

I'm not sure why it was transferred, maybe to balance workload? not sure.

I'm seeing that the Windsor office is very slow and there's not much online regarding Windsor applicants. So I've decided to just sit back and hopefully in 2026 I get my PR because 2025 chances look slim.

Any June applicant who hasn't receive PAL yet? How do one know if the application is under serious security check.
