@Miss bee good day , i hope u r fine .
Please advise , i got extended medical for one year for me ( main applicant) inland PNP and my husband who is outside Canada .
but my Kids the medical expired since August they didnt extended them .
should i wait or i need to do something about it ?
Just wait for IRCc to extend medical for your Kid . Don’t do another medical. It will make things complicated. They will extend medical for your kid too .

Program: BC PNP (non EE)
Received Portal 1 email - 17th Sep 2024 (VO: Montreal)
Received Portal 2 email - 25th Sep 2024 (Uploaded photos and in-Canada declaration on the same day)
ECOPR: Still waiting :(

Is this an abnormal delay? Should I contact the IRCC or my Member of Parliament at this point?

@Miss bee
Major update: ECOPR received yesterday (15th November)!!! I called IRCC on the 14th November, and the agent said there is nothing much to do except waiting since my overall application was still within the normal processing times (13 months). But anyway, I received it today, so my phone call may have been a factor, who knows. Many thanks to everyone here, and hope everyone's Maple Dreams will be a success!!!

P. S. My next worry is the potential delay of PR Cards due to the Canada Post strike. Let's see how it goes.

Did they replied to your webform and mentioned that they have added documents to your application. If yes , then you have to wait for officer reviewing your application to look into it . It’s only waiting game .

Hello @Miss bee , I had given medical exam earlier but thought the temporary policy would not extend so didn’t upload it with my application. I submitted my application on August 22 and am still waiting for AOR. Should I send the e-medical through a webform or they can find it from the UCI and link it automatically? I’m afraid that they might not find it and raise an ADR which could lead to an additional delay

Yes . Nothing to panic about. If you have expired E- Medical sheet, send it through webform now . Your medical is still valid.

Finally after 15 months of this process we received the ECOPR! 6 months to get our nomination and 9 months to get the Ecopr.
This my timeline:

PNP JOIS
Submitted: February 23, 2024
Bil: July 15th, 2024
Bil Submitted: July 18th, 2024
Medical request: July 15th,2024
Medical approved: Sept.11th, 2024
Final decision: Sept.11th, 2024
Portal 1: Sept.18th, 2024
Portal 2: Sept.22nd, 2024
ECOPR: Nov.18th, 2024
PR cards: Waiting

Learned lessons to avoid delays:
- Pay your biometrics with your PR application.
- Sent your IME with your application.
- Don't panic, not everyone has the same timeline, just be patient!

I wish the best for all of you! Thank you!!!

Hi everyone,
I received my AOR on 6 Nov and gave biometrics the next day, but it is still not updated on the tracker portal.
Is it normal? Did anyone face the same scenario?

Thanks.

Hi @Miss bee

I submitted my closed work permit October 6th. I started questioning on the documents I submitted so I asked consultant and I was advised to re-submit another one because I made a small mistake on questionnaire as it required IMM5802 document ( which is not needed in my case ) and make some other modifications on other documents.

So if I withdraw my work permit application and submit a new one, is there a chance I will get refunded?

1. Applicant Declaration
• You only need to fill out and sign the Declaration of Applicant section. This is located at the bottom of the form under “Declaration of Applicant.”
• If you are not using an interpreter, you do not need to complete the Interpreter Declaration section.

2. Interpreter Declaration
• This section is only for cases where an interpreter has assisted you in completing the form. If you completed the form on your own and understand the language of the form (English or French), you do not need to do anything for the interpreter part.
• The note you mentioned (“DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW”) means that this part is left blank and will only be completed in specific circumstances when required by IRCC.
3. Submission
• After signing the Applicant Declaration, you can submit the form via the web form or as instructed by IRCC.
• Sign only the Applicant Declaration.
• Leave the Interpreter Declaration blank unless you used an interpreter to help you fill out the form. If you did, they would need to sign that section.
Because of downloaded copy of IMM 5669 (05-2021) E. I need to submit 2 copy each for applicant and dependent ( spouse ) So Do I ( applicant )need to sign both copy ? or My spouse has to sign his copy ?
