Hello Hope you are doing great!

I applied for new born additon into my PR application after my AOR..they added my new born and her name with UCI number is shown in the portal.
They sent us medical request but new born medical didn't arrive .
We completed our medical but our results not updated.i checked with hospital and they confirmed our results are passed with Grade A and no problems.
For 1 month Portal showing we are reviewing the results of your medical exam , and they did not send new born medical form.
My question is should I go for upfront medical hoping it will accelerate the application? Whats your experience in this?

I am so worried and hope you will reply with some valuable advise.

If you already did medical exam , don’t do it again. It will be updated as sometime there is delay by officer looking at your application. Wait for fee more weeks and then call them and inquire.

What about pending medical for my new born? Should i go for upfront or wait for them to send medical request?

Just to clarify , we had only received medical requests for us and not our new born, while currently our new born name is now shown in dependent list with UCI number assigned.
So we did our medical within time line and so far our new born medical request didnt come..
So far 30 days fast forward our medical request still not updated and new born medical didn't arrive...medical center confirmed they had already sent the results in same week and our results are OK.
Status reads as we are reviewing the results of your medical results..
Now i am worried if i shoud wait or do upfront medical for my new born as it might boost the speed ..

asking because I see applicants are paying after they get biometric requests so.

Pay them all at once..always better

You can go ahead and do baby’s medical without Medical request letter. It won’t affect anything.

Please advise , i got extended medical for one year for me ( main applicant) inland PNP and my husband who is outside Canada .
but my Kids the medical expired since August they didnt extended them .
should i wait or i need to do something about it ?

1. Applicant Declaration
• You only need to fill out and sign the Declaration of Applicant section. This is located at the bottom of the form under “Declaration of Applicant.”
• If you are not using an interpreter, you do not need to complete the Interpreter Declaration section.

2. Interpreter Declaration
• This section is only for cases where an interpreter has assisted you in completing the form. If you completed the form on your own and understand the language of the form (English or French), you do not need to do anything for the interpreter part.
• The note you mentioned (“DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW”) means that this part is left blank and will only be completed in specific circumstances when required by IRCC.
3. Submission
• After signing the Applicant Declaration, you can submit the form via the web form or as instructed by IRCC.
• Sign only the Applicant Declaration.
• Leave the Interpreter Declaration blank unless you used an interpreter to help you fill out the form. If you did, they would need to sign that section.
