Hi @Miss bee again, Today I called IRCC about our medical exam issue. My son and I were quite surprised because they sent my medical exam letter by regular mail, not email. My wife’s letter, as you know, was sent via email. Now, my son and I are waiting for the letter. The shipment was made on November 1st, and the tracking has been updated today. I just wanted to inform you because I was shocked they sent it by mail to our address. After all, my wife is the principal applicant, and we are dependent living in the same household.
Today, we went to the doctor for the medical exam, and I was able to schedule the appointment using my IME number before receiving the letter. On the tracking page, you can schedule your appointment when you see the "IME document number." There's no need to wait for the letter, especially if it's not arriving by email. A kind lady from IRCC told me, "You don’t need to wait for the letter; if your IME number is visible in the system, you can go ahead and book the appointment." And that's exactly what happened. Just so you know!

Hi @Miss bee I hope you are doing well.
I need clarification regarding my travel history while I was in New Zealand (2014–2020) as a student and worker. Do I need to include the trips I took from New Zealand to India (between my home country and my residence country), or should I only list the trips I took to countries other than my home and residence country in Form IMM 5562?

In Form IMM 5562 (Supplementary Information - Your Travels) for Canadian immigration, you are required to provide a complete record of your travel history, including all international travel outside your home country and residence country.
For your specific situation:
• Trips between New Zealand (your residence country) and India (your home country):
• These trips do need to be listed because they are international travel, even though they are between your home and residence countries.
• Trips to other countries (not India or New Zealand):
• These also need to be listed.
