Today, we went to the doctor for the medical exam, and I was able to schedule the appointment using my IME number before receiving the letter. On the tracking page, you can schedule your appointment when you see the "IME document number." There's no need to wait for the letter, especially if it's not arriving by email. A kind lady from IRCC told me, "You don’t need to wait for the letter; if your IME number is visible in the system, you can go ahead and book the appointment." And that's exactly what happened. Just so you know!Hi @Miss bee again, Today I called IRCC about our medical exam issue. My son and I were quite surprised because they sent my medical exam letter by regular mail, not email. My wife’s letter, as you know, was sent via email. Now, my son and I are waiting for the letter. The shipment was made on November 1st, and the tracking has been updated today. I just wanted to inform you because I was shocked they sent it by mail to our address. After all, my wife is the principal applicant, and we are dependent living in the same household.
