@Miss bee , can I ask you a questions. I received the portal 2 email like 10 days ago and responded the same day. Have not received any other update since then (haven't received the COPR either). Is it possible that they sent yhe PR card before COPR or you must receive the copr first and then pr card?

For BOWP you only need AOR . Doesn’t matter if you have passed your eligibility stage yet or not . There is no such requirement that you should have cleared eligibility to apply for BOWP .
Hi Miss bee, thank you, this is such a relief! For BOWP under PNP would I only need my AoR, and confirmation of provincial nomination letter? Would the AoR be the email I received from IRCC? Thanks a lot!

Based on what I have seen in multiple threads it really depends upon the visa officer, I have seen people within 2 months get their approval after AOR, contrastingly for few of them it has even taken 5-6 months after AOR.
hmm, I get it.. Agree and here most of the things depend upon the officer who is handling the application. I know as per website processing time is 12 months, so they can take their own time.

Hi @Miss bee, hope you are doing well. I had a doubt about the IMM5562 Travel History form that I submitted with my application on May 27th (waiting for AOR). I don't have a spouse or common law partner so in this form I had selected "Did not travel" in the spouse section, instead of writing "Not Applicable". Will this be an issue? Thanks in advance
No issues at all . Don’t worry.

No they won’t approve your PR card as you are Permanent Resident yet . When you get signed COPR , it is when your actual status change. COPR is taking around 1-2 months these days and depends on office too . If nothing comes , reply again to same email address .

You should attach copy of AOR email and nomination certificate if available. Make sure you don’t have employer restrictions on your PNP nomination certificate.

Hello everyone,

I need help.
I came to Canada as a student, at that time I added work experience and also attached experience letter. When I applied for PGWP I didn't mention work experience, got 3 years of work permit. In my EE profile I didn't mention that work experience either and got invitation to apply for OINP. I have submitted OINP file and it is under assessment. Now I am scared that it will be considered as misrepresentation. The only reason I didn't include back home work experience is I don't have enough documents to submit. I have experience letter only which is not enough. I need suggestion what should I do. I appreciate your time and response.

Thank you.

Looks like they will request PCC again. Criminality is good for one year , they might reassess your criminality again with RCMP database and will pass again. Looks like application os waiting for further review by officer.
Thank you. really appreciate it. Considering I'm inland and don't have any record (been here since 17) outside of country, does that mean I'll likely be fine?
When you mentioned further review, does it mean it's in final steps mostly?

Not assigned to case processing officer yet . You should be fine with criminality section and again depending on officer working on your application.

Thank you very much for answering.
Can you please be specific?
Like should I update EE profile now and submit webform to OINP?
Or wait for OINP decision and then update EE profile?

Not an issue. Include all information when applying for PR application.

Wait for OINP to be processed if you are not claiming any points for it and updated your PR EE profile.
