Hello @Miss bee, one small query - Form 5406 says: You (the principal applicant) must fill out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents. does this mean we shouldn't fill this form...

One more query @Miss bee and all. As nonexpress takes time to get PR. During this time my dependent child study visa will expire, even though I am in process of applying the application. It will come in between our pr processing. How can I update my kids latest study permit?

hmm, I get it.. Agree and here most of the things depend upon the officer who is handling the application. I know as per website processing time is 12 months, so they can take their own time.

so, after 4-5 months, how many months it takes to get the PR card?

1) Canada PCC -> local residence police clearance certificate.
