Thanks, International student stream@dsingh8085 congratulations, Please what is your stream? Thanks
No , it won’t be any issue.Hi there,
I got nomination in Feb 2024 oinp international student employer job offer stream.
Applied non express entry in march 22nd 2024. During that time I was pregnant but still working. In personal history I mentioned i am still working with the current company.
I went for maternity in May and I got AOR in July ,2024 along with ADR for personal history update. I updated like I am still a worker in my current company. I didn’t mention I was on maternity leave. Does this will impact my application?
But I informed IRCC about my baby is born and uploaded the birth certificate as well. But I was not sure that I should mention about the maternity leave. Does this leads to misrepresentation of my application?
Can someone guide me in this situation? @Miss bee
Thanks @Miss bee for the reply. I have one follow up question,No , it won’t be any issue.
Your spouse will get biometric letter separately and soon . You can download Schedule A searching from google .
I had the same condition. I got my biometric at the same day of AOR, but my wife's biometric came about two weeks after.Hi friends! I got AOR today but got one biometrics request letter for the primary applicant (me). Will my spouse receive his, separately? I also got ADR for schedule A. Can I download this form from online as the referred link for download which IRCC sent isn't opening? Thanks for your help
@Miss bee please
Hello!
I have applied for non-express entry, and my timeline is as follows:
AR - 04 Sep 2023 25 Sep
AOR- Jan 03, 2024 Jan 15,
Bio and Medical request-03 Jan 2024 Feb 14, 2024
Bio and Medical approved-03 Feb 2024 Feb 25, 2024
I've been waiting for the results of my background check for a while now and still haven't received any updates. I am from Iran and have completed my mandatory service (Sarbazi).
1-Although the website mentions the waiting time is 11 months, I wonder how long it would take me to get my PR (considering my nationality and mandatory militry service)
2-Is it a wise decision to apply through Express Entry, as I am eligible for that now?
With the same ADR (CV and military records), they started my comprehensive security check last November.Hi there,
I have applied (AR 25 Sep 2023, AOR 3 Jan 2024, and Passed be and medical on the 3rd and 5th of Feb 2024).
Today (after 11 and half months), I have been asked for my resume and my military record (mandatory service, Sarbazi)
I wonder if this is a good sign and if it means that I will soon get a response back or if it means that I should wait for so long now, as a new investigation is started?
Are you inland? And did you declare your military service at the time of application?Hi there,
