You should fill form , print it and sign it and then upload it through webform . Don’t upload Schedule A without signing it .

Unfortunately if you have employer restrictions on your nomination certificate, only option is to apply for Closing work permit. Your employer have to submit that job offer in employer portal and pay $230 compliance fees and he have to provide you that job number starting with A123456789. That you have to put in your work permit application form . Also you have attached copy of fees receipt your employer paid .
Nomination certificate
Job letter
Copy of pay stubs
Copy of previous work permit
Copy of passport .
You cannot submit that job offer in employer portal. Only your employer should do that part.

As per the new public policy, we can apply for the open work permit, right? Or am I missing any details here?

However, I have a doubt: what happens to the conditions of the job we accepted, such as job position, salary, and employer? Can we change these once we get the open work permit based on this policy?

@Miss bee, may you please help clarify the following, I received an invitation to pre-arrival services in July and in August I received PPR and today I received an email with a title Prepare a life in Canada as a reminder to register for pre-arrival services, what it mean on the steps of my application?

It can take around few weeks to months for actual Portal 1 email. Keep eye on your email inbox.

It’s just basic email like pre arrival letter. You don’t have to do anything from your side. Just read it and ignore it .

You don’t need to provide any additional documentation like work related, education or any proofs of funds unless they are requested by officer working on your case . Just only include documents mentioned on checklist.

Don't you need to show proof of the answers you provided in the forms?

Ex.
If you answered Available funds, don't you need to prove that you have the funds available?
If you answered in your activity that you are working for a company in Ontario, don't you need to prove it by attaching an employment certificate or your T4?

I am just a bit paranoid with what was asked and the possibility that it needs to be proven.
