Great thanks, i already received portal 2 and responded it it waiting on ecopr, my question was one of the ircc call centre agent told me that as per their record they dont see my portal 2 credential email being sent out, however i already received and responded to it.

Agent told me to respond back to same email as the officer who sent our my portal 2 credentials does not put the information in the database or forget to put same. As per agent each action is to marked in database. This is my concern as I work at law firm as legal assistant and see alot of mess up with applications and this time it is for my application so little worried about.

Hmm , if you already uploaded pic and declared you are in Canada and provided address, you should not worry about it . Lots of people waiting for Ecopr these days. Also it depends what office is handling your application for Landing you are PR .

I mean if you are pretty sure that it will get refused you can apply again for new work permit. You can do is submit new application with another job offer in employer portal and pay compliance fees and attached all required documentation this time . Apply new application and withdraw old application. You will get refund on that application if they haven’t processed that application yet . Ask your employer to pay fees again and submit another job offer and attach all documents this time .

I'm not sure if the first application will be refused, Maybe it will be approved, really confused. I just try to buy some time. Can I use the same job offer & not pay the compliance fee again? or just wait to see the result of the current application. Please advise @Miss bee

I mean you can still use same job offer but things will complicate. In this case just send webform and wait for first application to be approved. Send couple of webforms

and do we have to attach documents supporting our parents name like their passport or their previous documents?

Yes surname by birth. No you don’t have to attach anything.

To request a Work Permit Support Letter extension, you must provide:

• copies of your two most recent pay slips
• a scanned copy of your current work permit

Additional Supporting Documents and the Checklist is giving me anxiety.

I'm filling up Non-Express Entry PNP Online Form and i've given some answers with regards to Work, Funds, Education and Family information. However, Proof of these are not in the Document Checklist from the application package.

Do I voluntarily include these in the "Additional Supporting Documents" submission or do I leave it out. I submitted similar documents before when we applied for Provincial Nomination so I am half assuming that the PNP process would already vouch for that but I am not sure.

I uploaded those as additional but were not required as per checklist. Did uploaded T4 and paystubs, transcripts and documents from backhome.

No only option is to apply for closed work permit. Maybe your PR application will be processed and approved before your current PGWP expires.

You don’t need to provide any additional documentation like work related, education or any proofs of funds unless they are requested by officer working on your case . Just only include documents mentioned on checklist.

It depends if they have open your application and have started processing no refund. If No processing has been commenced, you would get full refund.
