I’ve just submitted a webform for ADR and did not receive any confirmation email (those automatic responses). I was kind of expecting some standard response…. Is it usual, or did I do something wrong?

You won’t get any confirmation of webform . They usually reply in 3-6 weeks .

You should write a detailed explanation letter mentioning all these points and also attach copies of all pages of your passport showing that you never visited there . Best option is this to address visa officer’s concern.

I have already mentioned it in the travel history application form. I visited for 7 days in the UK.

I applied online. I couldnt find the "additional notes" so I just entered the address of the hotel where I stayed when I visited the UK. I dont know what to do in case you have never been to the UK.

I visited for 7 days from 31 July 2009 to 07 August 2009 for my relative place in the UK. Can I apply Police certificate in an online application? Please advise

Hi Miss Bee, I am bothering you. I applied for PR under the OINP Foreign Worker Stream (Non-EE) on June 4th. There has been no news yet. Are they still processing applications from April and May?

Also, I got an invitation from Express Entry-CEC yesterday. I am a little bit confused because I already applied PR via OINP. What do you recommend? What will I do? Thank you.

A new policy has been issued yesterday for work permit. I am wondering if this applied to PGWP holders too. Also, there is no instruction on how we get a support letter from the province. If anyone can throw some light on this, that'd be great. Thanks.

Folks, are there any of those stuck in status "Security - Not Started" who answered yes to any of the questions on the Schedule A form in the Questionnaire?

I stupidly misunderstood the question and answered Yes to the Criminal Background question.
Although my father had a criminal record.

I'm trying to figure out if the questionnaire could be the reason we're stuck.

We applied for PR in August 2023 (NB PNP)
We got AOR in December 2023.
In March 2024 - Criminality passed, Eligibility recommended passed.
Security - Not started.
PVO - Etobicoke

We contacted the Member of Parliament in our town at the end of July, got the latest CBSA notes on Friday - no changes, no updates.

Try ordering GCMS notes from IRCC, I think that might be more accurate.
