You only need in English. No need to be bilingual .I plan to submit my profile for the non-express entry and have received approval for the international student stream. I only have my birth certificate available in English, not in my mother tongue language. Is it acceptable to submit the English birth certificate along with an explanation letter, or should I apply for a new bilingual birth certificate?

Correct these errors:
- Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
