Hey guys, final update on my application - I've just received my PR card now. It arrived 2 weeks after my wife's PR card. (full timeline can be seen in my signature)

I have submitted my application on June 4, 2024 still haven't received any updates for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) -Masters Graduate Stream. What is the latest expected timeline ?

You have to submit an updated via webform. Our friend has the same issue and it took them another 2 months to get their PR for that 3 months gap.

Does everyone have to call the IRCC to get a application number first before submitting a web form? There is no AOR yet so I have no way to related to my application outside of UCI number.

Hello, we had the same issue. I called IRCC yesterday and had to submit form IMM 0199 via webform. You need to call them to ask your application number usually it's started with 3 letters XEP*****, UCI normally can be seen within your GIC account or your work permit. Hope that helps.

Thanks heyymigs for your reply. I am outland and submitted my application only 11 days back i,e on 28.07.2024. So I am yet to receive the AOR only by end of October.
By the way please share the contact number which you may have where I can contact the IRCC from outside Canada.

@ Misbee & all seniors is it advisable to submit the IMM 0199 through webform without AOR & UCI on hand.

Hi,

I am applying for the Provincial Nominee Program for Ontario and have completed my account setup, form submissions, and document attachments. However, I encountered an issue with the IMM 5690 checklist form (Document Checklist: Provincial Nominee Program and Quebec Skilled Worker). When I attempt to download it, the form appears to be only for Quebec Skilled Workers, which is not relevant to my application.

Should I use the updated Quebec checklist or the IMM 0199 (Provincial Class Nominee Checklist) instead?

We encountered a similar situation. I was seriously considering uploading the IMM 0199 form and ultimately decided to upload whatever was requested.
On the Quebec checklist, I did not check the Quebec nomination box since we are not applying for Quebec.
I believe they will ask for the IMM 0199 form once they open our application. They cannot hold this against you since it is part of the required documents they specified.

Boss, I have submitted my application but I think I made a mistake, just need clarification and way forward please.

I merged myself and my wife PCC together and uploaded in one pdf,
For PCC.

Same with birth certificates? I merged my birth certificate and dependant Birth certificate together and uploaded it as a single document in birth certificate colunm
Please can it lead to a problem or return of my application? Please what is the way forward?

I uploaded IMM 5690 with my application as well. I haven't received AOR yet. Should I send IMM 0199 form via webform now or should i wait?

I uploaded both 5690 (the old form and not the new one) and 0199 forms when I submitted the application. I called IRCC prior to submitting my application asking which one to submit and the agent was surprised that the application is directing to the Quebec checklist (5690, which was common for both QSW and PNP earlier) rather than the new 0199. IRCC's suggestion on the call was to upload both the forms to be on the safe side, with the important thing being submitting all the required documents that are outlined in the checklist(s).

As you must have noticed, 0199 doesn't list the language proficiency document which used to be a requirement before and and was included in the 5690 form.

I suggest you call IRCC first to see if they suggest submitting 0199 through webform or 5690 that you already submitted is good enough.

Thank you for you helpful info! So what did you end up submitting? Did you submit the new IMM5690 form under the "IMM5690" slot and submit IMM0199 under the "Additional Supporting Documents - Document checklist"?

I submitted both the forms in the IMM5690 section as it allows multiple file uploads. They should be ok with it given the issue is at their end.

I am unable to sign the forms and native language names

It is clearly mentioned on the forms that you don't need to take print and sign, even the pdf uploads don't need your signatures. As for your native language, you can install your native language pack from Microsoft (should be free) and change the language and keyboard while typing in your own language. Example in Urdu is مثال یہ ہے۔

However I mistakenly select wrong option (Q : any rejection from Canada or outside of Canada?)I selected No. & Submitted to IRCC.
But today when I was reviewing at that time I realized that I have 1 refusal (Mine work permit extension refused due to payment issue),so I have to select Yes instead No.

So the question is that what is solution?
Can I again send webform? Their will be no side effect on my application right?

There is no penalty for refiling the form; simply scan and raise a new web form, but try and explain the reason why you are refiling the form. It shouldn't be a problem to resend the form.
