TFN means "Temporary File Number"
As far as I know this is not a part of IRCC regular flow to send TFN.
I got it when called to the IRCC

Quick question. Regarding police certificate requirement for Non-Express Entry PNP (Masters Graduate Stream), is it for where I have lived for six or more months in a row since age of 18 or last 10 years, which ever is shorter?
I have seen conflicting responses saying last 10 years is good enough but then I saw this mentioned in the imm5690e form: " You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays. You
must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer."
There is no mention of 10 years here. Maybe I'm overthinking this, but I would appreciate if you someone who already went through with the process can confirm.

I got assigned to Winnipeg office too now. Sems they transfer all case to them for delayed cases. This delay is not from IRCC but from other org (CBSA, CSIS), mostly files are security check which can not proceed before its cleared from CBSA.
Its best to order GCMS notes from CBSA to know more

both says security in progress since 28 feb 2023
So to the portal1 my representative responded to the details to Ircc email and cc my email address(I’m dependent on my file) also provided my email address for both primary and secondary email address.(since my wife wanted my email address there) My question is will that be an issue? We responded to portal 1 on 20th received nothing yet @Miss bee
Hey guys! Got my CBSA note just now!!! (Ordered on Oct 5)
First bad news: My PVO changed from CIO to Winnipeg IRCC...
Second bad news: My security is still Not Started. And Winnipeg reverse my Criminality from Passed to In Progress.
My GCKey still shows BGC is Not Applicable since Oct 3.
My paper file location is changed from "Ready-for-EVAL-CT" to "Digitized-PM3 ready". I have no idea what this means. I googled PM3 seems to be “Acting Immigration Officer”, the higher level officer. (Decision maker?!)
Anyway I see the current assignment to the officer is due on Nov 2, 2023. So let's see what will I get on that day.
One thing for sure, my file did not go to comprehensive screening (or at least not yet)

I am planning to apply for Non EE Occupation In Demand SINP. I have done my ECA and IELTS. Is there any difference between the ECA for EE PNP Program and ECA for Non EE PNP Program? I was asked provide details for my latest Education / Degree for the Evaluation Purpose e.g, my MBA when i applied for the ECA. Is it okay?
