I sent a web form query in September asking for the status of my application as I submitted my application in August and haven't got an AOR yet. I don't have any application no or anything. So today I got this reply in my email:

My question is why they can't access my application even with my name etc. They should have been able to access the application atleast. I would really appreciate if someone can throw light on this.
