This morning I received the automated response from IRCC that they received documents I submitted.
But I have not submitted anything.
Should I contact them and ask what's happening???

I sent a web form query in September asking for the status of my application as I submitted my application in August and haven't got an AOR yet. I don't have any application no or anything. So today I got this reply in my email:

My question is why they can't access my application even with my name etc. They should have been able to access the application atleast. I would really appreciate if someone can throw light on this.

I have the same timeline as yours, I applied on March 21, 2023, and my background status changed to "Not Applicable." on OCT 6 but I received ADR (Schedule A form) on the same date and now it's showing for ADR, OCT 10, we are reviewing your additional documents" but still didn't receive any updates yet.

I'm assuming you are asking me because the post you quoted was a reply to my post:p
Yes my background check is still "Not Applicable." in GCKey since Oct 5. In tracker it's In progress.
No update so far.

Yes, I was asking you, my background check also shows " Not Applicable." from October 6.

Hello Guys, someone please help me out.

I called IRCC about a week ago and was told by an agent that "criminality passed, Information Sharing - completed and Security-Not Started". My tracker says that my background check is in progress and continues to be in progress. I'd like to know - Is it possible that my security may have commenced, as the background check is indicating -in progress?

I don’t think it’s funny that someone that applied in June is getting portals and we from March/April do not have a single update… I appreciate people being kind and saying to just wait but it’s tough

Did you have any update recently, like PAL or Portal ?
