Hi which site you guys use to check applications? This one https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login ? Or this one https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do ?
I got the Portal -1 but I am out of canada right now, any suggestions?
Hi, i am in the same boat as you were. My ADR was submitted on 4/18, it shows uploaded but no one reviews it yet.
Can you please recall when your BG check status changed to Not applicable? any updates on your application since then? Thanks!

I am really confused about my application. I submitted on Nov 3rd 2022 and got AOR at the end of Jan 2023.
I got my GCMS few days ago. My primary VO is Centralized Intake Office and SVO is Etobicoke IRCC. On my GCMS note, it’s s showing that my eligibility, Security, Criminal and Medical haven’t started yet. There weren’t any updates after AOR. However, when I checked on GCkey or application tracker, they both show that eligibility or background check is being processed. I called Client Support this morning and they said my application is on primary office.
Is that mean my application got stuck at PVO after AOR to now without any updates? What’s SVO for? Why is the status on GCkey/application tracker different from GCMS?

GC key is never accurate. It just give basic details. Most accurate way is through GCMS notes . Don’t rely on GC key . If your notes show eligibility and security and medical haven’t started that means it’s haven’t started by visa officer .
Maybe Pre arrival letter or can be additional documents request. No one know about that . Best way to check is ordering notes .
I am not sure but I have stopped worrying about the updates in the AST as I have been getting those almost everyday, without any change on my profile, since April 2023. I think that the, "last updated date" refers to the page refresh date (which could be an automatic refresh as well and not necessarily someone working on the file).
I get those updates everyday, I got one yesterday.
I know, "most" people but not all, lol, I have my AR in July 2022, still waiting, don't know what's happening. Submitted GCMS notes request 2 weeks ago. Hope it comes soon.
I have similar situation as the signature of the ADR email only mentioned Agent Id and then it said Toronto, do we have any VO in Toronto?
