Hi @Miss bee, hope you are doing well.

It's been 13 months since my application was received and 9 months since I received AOR, nothing since then.
and also applied for GCMS notes 60 days ago and still did not receive it.

I'm sure this is not common. Unfortunately IRCC call center representatives have very less knowledge/permission on the applications. in your opinion, what step should I take at this point.

Hi guys. I am PNP non EE with AR August 1 2024.
FD June 4
P1 June 10 (replied June 13)
P1 July 22 (requested to correct information from my response to P1 - PA and spouse travelled abroad and therefore last entry date and point of entry changed after initial response).
No P2 yet

What do you think I must expect?

Send an email and they should respond back within 1-2 weeks. I got my notes few days after their response.

Portal 2 Email: This is usually sent once IRCC confirms your updated details and is ready to issue your eCOPR. The delay could be due to:
  • Review of your corrected travel history
  • Volume at your assigned visa office (some, like Montreal, are known for slower processing)
  • General backlog in non-EE PNP streams, which have seen longer timelines recently

Does anyone have any idea why they paused the issuing of FD and portal 1? Are they all on vacation, or are they pausing on purpose?
We can only guess, but I was thinking maybe they are finishing pending /P2/E-Copr before continuing with FD/P1 because we had a lot of P2 and e-COPR this week.

The thing is that at the time I replied to P1, the information I gave was correct (PA and spouse were abroad, and I informed them of our expected date of return), but the day IRCC decided to see the information, those pieces of information changed. I just hope that doesn't delay P2 too much.

Hi guys, needed to check if anyone is on the same boat as me.

I applied on 15th March 2024.
In May 01,2025 I received “Final decision in progress” update on GCkey.

Along with a letter in GC key to send my passport. However I am in Canada and my dependents are outside. They submitted their passports on May 9th.

Ever since then we haven’t received any updates.

Can anyone guide me in this situation. I’ve called IRCC and they just asked me to wait.

Thank you

@Miss bee I have received the following ADR:

Employment Pay Stubs: A copy of your pay stubs covering the period specified
This must be received at this office by: 2025/08/30

Travel History
: Proof of travel history
This must be received at this office by: 2025/08/30

Proof of Relationship
: Document proving your relationship with your inviter/family member
  1. A completed Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation questionnaire (IMM 5532).
  2. A completed Statutory Declaration of Severance of Common-law Union form (IMM 5519) (PDF, 716 KB)
  3. Photos of the sponsor and principal applicant showing they are in a conjugal relationship.
  4. Documentary evidence of financial support between the principal applicant and sponsor, and/or shared expenses AND other proof that the relationship is recognized by friends and/or family (e.g. letters from friends/family, social medical information showing a public relationship)
  5. Proof of joint ownership of residential property
    • Rental agreement showing both the sponsor and principal applicant as occupants of a rental property
    • Proof of joint utility accounts (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone, Internet), joint credit card accounts, or joint bank accounts
    • Vehicle insurance showing that both the principal applicant and sponsor have been declared to the insurance company as residents of the insured’s address
    • Copies of government-issued documents for the principal applicant and sponsor showing the same address (e.g. driver’s licenses)
    • Other documents issued to the principal applicant and sponsor showing the same address, whether the accounts are held jointly or not (e.g. cellphone bills, pay stubs, tax forms, bank or credit card statements, insurance policies)
This must be received at this office by: 2025/08/30

Could you please help clarify the following:

1. Employment Pay Stubs
The request doesn't mention a specific time range. I’ve included all my pay stubs from the past four years since I’ve worked at the same place throughout. Would that be acceptable?

2. Travel History
I already submitted the travel history form with my original PR application. Should I now attach entry/exit stamps from our passports instead? And should I include only mine or both mine and my common-law partner’s?

3. Proof of Relationship
Do I need to submit all the documents listed (1-5) or only as many as I can reasonably provide? Also, am I required to fill out the IMM 5532 form even if I’m the principal applicant and not the sponsor? Lastly, I’ve never been in any prior relationships, so is the IMM 5519 form (Statutory Declaration of Severance of Common-law Union) still necessary?
