Hello, I would appreciate a response from anyone that can help.

What do I do if my IELTS test result is expiring soon with no AOR yet? Do I need to rewrite? I applied for non-express entry application using OINP nomination (PhD stream). Thanks

•For the OINP PhD stream (non-Express Entry), a valid language test result is generally required at the time of submission of your application. The validity of the test result is counted as of the application submission date, not the date of AOR issuance. If your IELTS was valid when you submitted your application, you may not need to provide a new one unless the immigration authorities request it later.

My GCKey just got an update saying that a final decision has been made, but they don't say if its yes or no. What does that means? On the tracker my eligibility changed to "Not started" and my background check to "completed".

I checked my tracker and there are no ECOPR number or anything there, I think my application will get rejected =(

Hey meu amigo!
I know your process is taking way too long based on your comments in this forum, but take my example:
I received Final Decision message just like yours, and after 2 days I received portal 1 email. Only after replying portal 1 my tracker showed the COPR number.
It will work for you too!

for uploading document I don't know what is Invitation Letter(required) and Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)
Probably second one is letter of employment. is maybe invitation letter maybe work permit support letter?

and for optimal documents there is option for IMM5802 Offer of Employment to a Foreign National LMIA-Exempt

Yes first one is WPSL from province and second one is job letter with your duties and also don’t forget to add copy of nomination certificate as well as 3 latest pay-stubs too .

where do add current work permit, and screen shot of payment as well I need to add all my work history for last 10 yeas since didn't fit in IMM5710E

For work history you can attach extra sheet of paper and include it there . For current work permit, you should attach it with PDF copy of passport and for Compliance fees receipt, you should attach under optional documents section.

i applied for pr after a pgwp (phd), got bc pnp and applied non ee. i have already been asked for my police certificate (uploded), for a medical exam and biometrics (both approved/show online).

could anyone please tell me if i now probably just wait for pr confirmation/passport request - or do i still have to expect more, such as an interview or another financial or employment status update request?
