I am working as a Lecturer in Engineering University in Pakistan. I am BE Electrical and Master in Engineering Degree. I have no degree in teaching education? Do I qualify under category 4131?

I am working as Lecturer in Engineering University in Pakistan. I am BE Eletrical with a Master degree. I dont have a Master or Bachelor degree specifically in teacing. Do I qualify under category 4131?
