Hi Folks:
I have 2 cousins abroad with the following qualifications:
John has Masters in Mathematics
Silvia has Bachelors of Arts (Hons.) in Social Sciences
Both of them teach at a private helping/tutoring/coaching institute (I don't know exactly what to call it as it is not a private college).
I looked at all the titles under NOC 4131 here:
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/english/NOC/2006/ViewAllTitles.aspx?val=4&val1=4131
It seems John does qualify under "mathematics teacher – college level"
It also seems that Silvia also qualifies under "social services teacher – college level"
However, Silvia only has a Bachelors degree. I see under Employment Requirements that a Masters might be required in some (most?) cases for college-level instructors.
My question is, would both of them qualify for Canadian Immigration under the NOC 4131 as per the details I have provided above?
Thank you!
Paul
