well look at each duties, and see if you did those duties. If you did, then write them in your own words or describe what you did in your own terms. If you didn't do a duty, dont mention it. If you did other duties that are not listed in the NOC number but you think enhances your application, then list them too. Good luck.

I am a lecturer at dental college where students are awarded with Bachelor's degree. so what would be my NOC 4121 or413. experts plz reply asap

Aaycee - if you need help, you should say your whole situation at one go regarding the question because we can only give answer based on what you gave.

So what you really want to say is - I am a lecturer at dental college where students are awarded with Bachelor's degree, but I am teaching with a Bachelor's degree and have no research responsbilities. so what would be my NOC 4121 or413.

What you should do is to look at both the NOCs and see which one suits your responsibilities more. If you taught at a university like institution but your responsibilities are more of 4131, then you should apply under 4131. Because most people say that its the responsibilities that should match. Also you should know that a lot of us think that educational qualifications do not matter, only your work responsibilities when deciding on a NOC.
