hi guys
God is great.yesterday when i posted regarding my DD charge many guys didn't believe me.
now another guy [file received on 23rd october] got charged.
i feel that cic has started charging our noc 4011.
GOD IS GREAT.

It shows we received your application on October 22, 2014

Payment mode: DD (Encased status not known tried to call bank but staff on leave)
Does this means PER? I have yet to receive mail. I am sooooooooooooo happy now the wait begins.
