NOC 4011 Capped???????????

I am afraid NOC 4011 capped with Oct applications itself.

10 Oct is last application i can see in SS got charged. No more charged for the past three days.

Now got the CIC update of 813 applications!!!

Friends, kindly share ur thoughts!!!

the 813 applications include both the charged as well as uncharged applicants for whom completeness check is over.

Completeness check is done usually 1-2 months after you sent an application. You know your completeness check is done if they charged your credit card. If your application is incomplete they will simply return your entire application.

now as per members we know that october 15th applicants were charged
it means october and november completeness check is over and waiting cc or dd charging process, this is that 380 figure
in this case , all december pplicants wil have a chance

I do understand ur point. The only thing i am not sure until which date, the completeness check is over.

It should have been from Oct 15 to Dec 16..But only time should answer!

so with 813 total count, december applicants have a chance

as per my analysis during october - on average cic received 50 applications in noc 4011 per week or around 200 per month, and this will put the figure , at 380 - as per cic count, but whether december applicants are within 380 - no one knows.
but cic clearly warns that those noc that nears 1000 are at risk if sent on 16th december. this means december applicants till 16th december are with in the 380. but this is only hypothetical.

Yesterday I found this new information and was in real panic - I've also sent my 2nd package to CIO on Dec 17th, because my 1st one, received on Sept 29th, wasn't charged. To stay in game I decided to gather new docs, moreover I found a mistake in previous. But after panicking I tried to analyse. I suppose the following.
If to look on CIC and SS data we can reach some conclusions. Most interesting are NOCs, which were closed before. NOC 2174 was closed first - on 10.10 - but there are still 8 apps pending; NOC 1112 closed on 11.7 and 7 apps are pending; NOC 2173 - 11.12, 16 apps pending; NOC 2171 - 11.21, 161 apps pending. And the most surprising NOC 3012, closed on 12.11, has 254 apps pending. Looks like it means, that CIO works in such way: firstly they check, if apps are complete and sort them to complete and incomplete. Than they work with complite apps. Counting them, CIC says if cap is closed or no and publishes this information much earlier, than all 1000 apps will be processed. That's why NOCs, which are closed more than 2 months ago, still have pending apps. As for unclosed NOCs, the number of apps pending probably means, that thay were received in Oct, Nov and partly Dec, and they're not all charged. If it's so, our NOC will not be capped and those who sent their apps even in the end of Dec, can be in quote.

I also think on the same way that Dec 16 update shows the completed application 380 fell between the months of Oct - Dec 15 2014. So the new will start from Dec 16 to 31.From this point, I would believe that those are applying now to end of Dec 2014 would fall with in the 1000 cap.

i think they are probably not so quick to finish checking completeness of applications received in December?!

CIO says, that all apps received before January 1st will be processed according FSW 2014 rules. So apps, which were not processed before New Year, will be in process after it. As for those, receiverd in the end of Dec, it will probably be not earlier, than the end of February.
