NOC 4011 Capped???????????

In the cap update, I guess complete applications means the applications were checked whether or not all forms and documents are attached. These applications may or may not be eligible under FSWP, for example less than 67 points. Hopefully, all Nov applicants are counted in the pending applications which mean Dec applicants will be within Cap. My application was received under 4011 on Dec 08...Good luck for all of you guys..

sent my application yesterday and will reach cic on 23rd december.

Dear friends,

I also think on the same way that Dec 16 update shows the completed application 380 fell between the months of Oct - Dec 15 2014. So the new will start from Dec 16 to 31.From this point, I would believe that those are applying now to end of Dec 2014 would fall with in the 1000 cap.

I dont think 380 includes applicants till 15 Dec.. no way for cic to check the applications in a couple of days ....

Hi everyone. I am newbie in the forum. I find this place very interesting and would like to share my ideas regarding our beloved profession's NOC- 4011.
My application reached at CIO on 17 December. So I am in the same situation as some of you guys.
First of all, I am sure that 330 pending applications are those which have been charged AND the ones which have been passed ONLY check for completness.
Lets think logically, we can assume that 483 are those apps. Which were nominated PER. As far as we know from Ss or forum the latest PERs were for mid Sept to early Oct apps. Right?
So it is very unlikely that CIC received around 330 apps between mid Sept to even the end of Oct right? So November apps are also counted in 330(IMHO)
Maybe Dec apps are not included so during 20 days lets say 150 apps are received. Also I think that not all of 330 pending apps are going to pass through.

Yes, i too agree..my gut feeling is the complete applications should be from 0ct 30 to Nov 30.

I could not see any charge happening for 4011 after 12 Oct applicant.

I feel they will start charging on the complete applications after 02 Jan.
