In the cap update, I guess complete applications means the applications were checked whether or not all forms and documents are attached. These applications may or may not be eligible under FSWP, for example less than 67 points. Hopefully, all Nov applicants are counted in the pending applications which mean Dec applicants will be within Cap. My application was received under 4011 on Dec 08...Good luck for all of you guys..

Why before December 19, 2014? Here we see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Or it means something else?Regina said:
