Based on information from other Buffalo applicants, you are still within time frame. Buffalo is a relatively slow VO with very many applicants. i am a physiotherapist applied 11/2009 LVO
no mails or emails since i in process 9/2010
i am afraid from rejections as they do that tooooooooooo many times in all nocs

plz assure me will we face that too????/

There is no hard and fact rule to when MR are issued after applications go into 'in process'. Some visa officers issue MR immediately afterwards while others may chose to wait for the result of background check before issuing MR. If you have gone 'in process' since September and you haven't got any correspondence as per rejection, it is very unlikely you will be rejected barring negative background check result. To share my personal experience, I went in process in July 2011 shortly after my file arrived at the visa office and I did not receive MR until last month (February). I'll say hang in there. You should get your MR in a short while.

We are planning to land on canadian grounds in end of may or early june, 2012.
I want to know wht will be d job scenario tht time of year as i think summer wil be on?
I hav heard tht jobs r very less in those months.

u can take toefl - ibt too as it is easy to get 80/120 instead of taking academic ielts for credentialing as u need to get 7 band total score..
